Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer sample boxes (3–5 boxes per product) so you can inspect quality, calibration, and finish before committing to a full container order. Sample cost is usually deducted from the bulk order invoice.
What is the lead time for orders?
For in-stock products: 7–14 days from payment confirmation to container loading. For special or custom orders: 21–45 days depending on production schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% before loading) and Letter of Credit (L/C). Payment terms are discussed case by case for long-term partners.
Do you provide all export documents?
Yes. We provide: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Chamber of Commerce), quality certificate, and phytosanitary certificate (when required by destination country).
